A house with character.
Built in 1898, in the typical style of mansions of the time, la Maison de la Garenne still has many of the original architectural elements and materials: marble fireplace, wooden floor, large windows, and tiled floor.
You enter the house through a paved lane and stairs of granite. The old door welcomes you inside the entrance hall and then the large wooden stairs lead you to the first and second floor.
On the first floor you will find the living room and the library, from where you have a view over “la Garenne Park” and the old town walls. Room 1898 and the “from countryside to seaside” family suite face south, as well as the garden.
On the second floor are the “Travels” and “In the garden” rooms.
